1st Annual MAD LTD Award Ceremony

MADness isn't just something that only individuals can be part of. MADness isn't about size or structure or business, it is about just one thing - an IDEA. One MAD LTD can ignite a revolution just as a single matchstick can start a fire. One such MAD LTD - Putting Employees first, Customers Second [EFCS], sparked a revolution at HCL Technologies, the IT services giant.

Shyamali Rathore, a student of the Amity University was crowned the CO of MAD LTD 2011. KAP, her MAD LTD, has since spread it's wings to more than 6 cities in India & across the world (Human Capital Institute, Singapore amongst others) has won recognition by Dr. Kiran Bedi and been written about across leading publications including Times of India, Deccan Herald, etc.
