Shyamali Rathore, Founder KAP, now CEO, MAD LTD has since spread her MADness to more than to more than 6 cities in India & across the world (Human Capital Institute, Singapore amongst others) has won recognition by Dr. Kiran Bedi and been written about across leading publications including Times of India, Deccan Herald, etc.

Simple steps to become a MADster
   
Millions dream about reaching the top. Only a few do. But no one has ever reached the top by doing exactly what they wanted to do, by believing in a cause and seeing it through.

On March 10th, 2012, the MAD LTD campaign will close.
Out of the thousands of MAD enthusiasts, the Top 15 Finalists will be chosen, based on their ideas, how they executed them and how many supporters they notched up in the process. In short, the people who truly could Make A Difference and Lead The Difference.
Out of these Top 10 Finalists, a panel of experts will chose one incredible individual to become the CEO of MAD LTD, an extraordinary opportunity where that firebrand youth will lead the MAD Foundation, a democratically managed, full-fledged, no holds barred enterprise.
The announcement of the finalists for MAD LTD will happen on www.madltd.com in April 2012. The Winner will get the opportunity to present his/her idea to industry leaders, he/she will also be honored and their efforts recognized.

MADness isn't just something that only individuals can be part of. MADness isn't about size or structure or business, it is about just one thing – an IDEA. One MAD LTD can ignite a revolution just as a single matchstick can start a fire. One such MAD LTD -

sparked a revolution at HCL Technologies, the IT services giant.
In a world full of customer-centric organizations, HCL decided to see its Employees First. HCL believed that in any services business the true value is created between the customer and the employee. So, by putting Employees First, there is a fundamental change in the way a company creates and delivers unique value for its customers and differentiates itself from its competitors.
Thus, with EFCS, the ultimate result is that the customer actually does come first and gains the greatest benefit, but in a far more transformative way than through traditional "customer care" programs and their kind.
Of course, a MAD LTD idea as big as thing couldn't be pulled off overnight, especially if it had to truly work. So it was broken up into 4 stages to optimize each and every part of the revolutionary idea.

This revolution is being led by KAP (Kids-Adults-Plants), an exceptional idea by the first CEO of MAD LTD - Shyamali Rathore. Out of thousands of entries received, her idea came out as a winner in the MAD LTD contest.
Shyamali Rathore - MAD LTD CEO Making A Difference
Ideated KAP, a social program connecting the adults who have time to spare and the will to share this time educating orphans and street kids. Together, these adults and kids grow plants and make this planet a better place.
 
Since its launch, KAP has witnessed extraordinary success.
The KAP website received over 700 hits in the first week of its launch KAP is submitting its name for the Times of India 'Socio Awards'
KAP's volunteer base grew by 60 volunteers across nine cities in India The KAP Facebook page has seen the fan base increase from 89 to 386 without any extra marketing effort.
KAP has found a fan in Dr Kiran Bedi, who's NGO, Navjyoti Foundation, is guiding KAP in its future endeavors. KAP and MAD LTD have also been covered by two leading English national dailies.
KAP has successfully started six projects in different parts of India Inspired by HCL, Shyamali Rathore's idea, KAP is reaching greater heights and making the difference it had set out to make.
